- How do I order?
If you would like to order a customized logo, please email a high-resolution image of your logo for a quote. We will respond within 48 hours.
- What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the art of converting a logo or design into a stitch file that the embroidery machine can understand.
- What type of file is required to have my logo digitized?
Vector files such as eps and ai (Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw) are preferred however high resolution (300 dpi) jpeg files will work as well.
- How much do you charge?
There are many factors that determine the cost of custom embroidery including but not limited to design complexity, stitch count, quantity ordered, and the type of product to be embellished. In order to provide you with the most accurate quote, please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your order including the image of your logo, quantity, logo size, desired placement, type of garment/product and whether you will be supplying the product or if you would like to purchase the item(s) from us.
- Can my logo be digitized?
Most logos can be digitized but some adjustments may need to be made to make sure the design shows clearly. Unlike printing with ink, embroidery is not WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get). Small letters may need to be enlarged, or a line of text will need to be split into two. The simple reason is that with embroidery, we are dealing with threads, needles and fabrics which move and are not consistent like ink on paper.
- How long will it take for my order?
It depends on the size of your order. Most orders should be completed between seven and ten days.
- How large can my logo be?
The size of your logo will vary on a case-by-case basis but here are some guidelines that cover the most common logo placements.
- Can I bring my own stuff in?
